SECTION I. That the following described land be zoned "D" Light Industrial and "E" Height and Area District. Lots Numbered Three Hundred Two (302) and Three Hundred Three (303) Citizens Home Corporation Re -plat, an Addition to the City of South Bend. SECTION II. HUFF DIRECTOR OF PLANNING The Honorable Common Council City of South Bend South Bend, Indiana Gentlemen: May 11, 1959 The attached petition of William P. and Daniel C. Kraft to rezone land located on the north side of Ewing Avenue between Franklin Street and William Street, as follows: Lots Numbered 302 (0 9 W. Ewing Avenue) and 303 (415 W. Ewing Avenue) as shown on the Citizens Home Corporation Re -Plat, an addition to the City of South Bend, Indiana, from "B" Residential Use and "A" Height and Area District to I'D" Light Industrial Use and "E" Height and Area District was legally advertised on April 27, 1959 and given public hearing on May 7, 1959. The following action was taken: After due consideration the Commission found that: I. The property to the south, to the east, and to the north of subject property was zoned light industrial. 2. That proposed zoning would be a logical and warranted extension of existing zoning.
