EXECUTIVE SESSION OF COUNCIL RULES COMMITTEE
An EXECUTIVE SESSION of the South Bend Common Council Rules
Committee has been called by its Chairperson, Dr. David Varner. It will be held at
3:46 p.m. on Wednesday. May 28th. 2014, in the Council Informal Meeting Rm.
4 Floor County -City Building, South Bend, Indiana.
This Executive Session is being called pursuant to Indiana Code §5-14-1.5 -
6.1(b) (6) (A) and shall be held for the discussion of deliberative material with
respect to a person over whom the Council has jurisdiction concerning his
alleged misconduct.
