RE: NOTICE OF EXECUTIVE SESSION
An Executive Session of the South Bend Common Council will be held at
3:0E P.m. on Wednesday May 28th, 2014, in the Council's Informal
Meeting Room, 4 Floor, County -City Building, South Bend, Indiana.
The Executive Session is being called pursuant to Indiana Code §5-14-1.5 -
6.1(b)(2)(B) for the discussion of strategy with respect to pending litigation
filed against the City of South Bend, South Bend Common Council, etc.
