ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING AND APPROPRIATING
FROM OFFICE OF CONTROLLER B -38, GENERAL
SUPPLIES $375. 00 TO OFFICE OF CONTROLLER B725,
OFFICE EQUIPMENT, ALL OF THE BUDGET FOR THE
CIVIL CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA FOR 1957 AND
DECLARING AN EXTRAORDINARY EMERGENCY.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the Civil City of South Bend,
Indiana:
SECTION I: The following sum of money is hereby transferred and appro-
priated: From Office of Controller B -38, General Supplies $375. 00 to
Office of Controller B725, Office Equipment, all of the budget for the Civil
City of South Bend, Indiana for 1957 and declaring an extraordinary emer-
gency. (Adding Machine
SECTION II: The above funds are required for the proper operation and
functioning of the aforementioned department under the budget for the year
1957 and an extraordinary emergency is declared to exist concerning said
transfer and appropriation.
SECTION III: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect fnem and after
its passage by the Common Council, its approval by the Mayor and the ful-
fillment of all statutory requirements relating to extraordinary emergency
appropriations. '
