AN ORDINANCE TO CHANGE THE NAME OF ROBINHOOD
COURT, from MICHIGAN STREET (U.S. HIGHWAY NO. 31)
EAST TO BARBIE STREET, TO BARBIE STREET
WHEREAS, under Ordinance No. 4128 adopted November 8,
1956 and an amendment thereto under Ordinance No. 4135 adopted
January 14, 1957 certain land was annexed to the Civil City of South Bend;
and
WHEREAS; included in said land was Robinhood Court, and
WHEREAS, it is desired to have uniformity in the names of
streets in the City of South Bend.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the Civil
City of South Bend:
SECTION I: That the name Robinhood Court, applying to a street situated
between Michigan Street (U. S. Highway No. 31) east to Barbie Street, be
and is hereby changed to Barbie Street
SECTION II: This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its adoption by the Common Council of the Civil City of South Bend and its
approval by the Mayor.
