AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2243,
COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE BUILDING CODE OF
THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CIVIL CITY
OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA:
SECTION 1
That Ordinance No. 2243, commonly known as the
Building Code of the City of South Bend, be and the
same is hereby amended by the addition thereto of
Ordinance No. 3208 and all Amendments thereto, commonly
known as the Plumbing Code of the City of South Bend,
Indiana, so that the same shall hereafter be a part of
said Building Code, the same as if it were fully con-
tained therein.
SECTION 2
This Amendment shall be in full force and effect
from and after its enactment, approval by the Mayor
and legal publication.
