AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE OFFICIAL. BONDS
OF CLEMENT Go I FIWEKs AS TREASURER KLECT
FOR THE CITY OF SOUTH BENDY, INDIANA, AND AS
BARRETT LAW FUND CUSTODIAN, BY THE AETNA
INSURANCE COMPANY OF HARTFORD, CONNECTICUT,
AS SURETY, FOR A PERIOD COMMENCING JANUARY 1,
1957, and TERMINATING JANUARY 1, 1961.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana,
that:
Section 1. The official bonds of Clement C. Fiwek, as Treasurer Elect for
the City of South Bend, Indiana, in the sum of $125, 000, 00, and as Barrett
Law Fund Custodian in the sum of $100, 000. 00, both with the Aetna Insurance
Company of Hartford, Connecticut, as surety for a period commencing
January l,_ 1957 and terminating January 1, 1961, be and the same are hereby
confirmed and approved.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage by the Common Council, its approval by the Mayor and the fulfillment
of all statutory requirements relating thereto.
