AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING AND APPROPRIATING
$360. 00 FROM SERVICES 242 CITY PLAN COMMISSION
TO PROPERTIES 724 » MOTOR EQUIPMENT CITY PLAN
COMMISSION: ALL OF THE BUDGET FOR 1956 OF THE
CIVIL CITY OF SOUTH BEND„ INDIANA* AND DECLARING
AN EMERGENCY;
BE IT ORDAINED BY the Common Council of the Civil City of South Bend,
Indiana:
SECTION I: The following sum of money is hereby transferred and appro-
priated: $360. 00 from Services 242 City Plan Commission to Properties 724 -
Motor Equipment City Plan Commission; all of the budget for 1956 of the
Civil City of South Bend, Indiana, and Declaring an emergency.
SECTION II: The above fund is required for the proper operation and function
of the aforementioned department under the budget for 1956, and an emergency
is declared to exist concerning said transfer and appropriation.
SECTIONS& This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage by the Common Council, its approval by the Mayor and the fulfill-
ment of all statutory requirements of emergency appropriations.
