AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A LEASE ENTERED INTO
BY AND BETWEEN THE MUNICIPAL CITY OF SOUTH
BEND, INDIANA, HEREINAFTER REFERRED TO AS THE
"LESSOR" AND SOUTH BEND SCREW PRODUCTS,., INC.,
HEREINAFTER REFERRED TO AS THE "LESSEE" FOR
THE PREMISES DESCRIBED AS: THAT PORTION OF EAST
WASHINGTON STREET IN THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND.,
INDIANA, EXTENDING FROM THE ST. JOSEPH RIVER ON
THE WEST TO THE EAST RACE ON THE EAST, a4-
WHEREAS, heretofore on the morning of the 8th day of May, 1961,
the City of South Bend, Indianay by and through its Board of Public Works and
Safety pursuant to a resolution duly adopted, made and entered the following
lease agreement with South Bend Screw Products, Inc, of the City of South
Bend, Indiana, and
WHEREAS, said Board of Public Works and Safety pursuant to a
resolution duly adopted, executed this lease agreement and said agreement
is set out as follows,' to�wit:
WHEREAS, this lease is now submitted to the Common Council of
the City of South Bend, Indiana„ for its approval of this lease,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of
the City of South Bend, Indiana:
SECTION 1. That said lease by and between the Municipal City of
South Bend, Indiana, and South Bend Screw Products, Inc„ be and the same
is hereby in all, things ratified, confirmed and approved.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana,
and its approval by the Mayor.
