ORDINANCE NO,
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING FROM THE
GENERAL FUND $1602, 00 TO SEWER DEPARTMENT
J-726 OTHER EQUIPMENT $1602, 00, ALL OF THE
BUDGET FOR THE CIVIL CITY OF SOUTH BEND'
INDIANA, FOR 1956, AND DECLARING AN EXTRA -
ORDINARY EMERGENCY
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the Civil City of South Bend,
Indiana:
SECTION 1: The following sum of money is hereby appropriated: from
the General Fund $1602.00 to Sewer Department J-726 Other Equipment
$1602.00, all of the budget for the Civil City of South Bend, Indiana, for
1956 and declaring an extraordinary emergency.
SECTION II: The above funds are required for the proper operation and
functioning of the aforementioned departments under the budget for the year
1956 and an extraordinary emergency is declared to exist concerning said
appropriations.
SECTION ". This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage by the Common Council, its approval by the Mayor and
the fulfillment of all statutory requirements relating to extraordinary
emergency appropriations.
