(11) Lunch room. Section 2: This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage by the Common Council, approval by the Mayor of the City of South Bend, and legal publication. HUFF DIRECTOR OF PLANNING The Honorable Common Council City of South Bend South Bend, Indiana Gentlemen: October 7, 1960 The attached proposed ordinance originated by the City Planning Commission relative to Section 4 -A of Ordinance No. 3702, (as amended), commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance of the City of South Bend, Indiana was legally advertised on September 26, 1960 and given public hearing under date of October 6, 1960. The following action was taken: After due consideration the Commission found that substantial justice would be done by the amend- ment of Ordinance No. 3702 as proposed in said ordinance. It was therefore duly moved, seconded and unanimously carried that the proposed ordi- nance be recommended favorably and submitted to the Common Council for adoption.
