AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE
NO, 3702 COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE
ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH BEND, INDIANA; (REAL ESTATE
INVOLVED LOCATED ON THE SOUTH
SIDE OF MC KINLEY HIGHWAY AND EAST
OF MANCHESTER DRIVE CONTINUED
ACROSS MC KINLEY HIGHWAY,')
BE IT ORDAINED BY The Gammon Council of the City of South Bend,
Indiana:
SECTION 1, Ordinance Na, 3702, being the zoning Ordinance of the
City of South Bend, Indiana, be, and the same is, amended so that the zoning
classification of the real estate located in the City of South Bend, County of
St, Joseph, State of Indiana, described as follows, to -wit:
A parcel of real estate having a frontage along
the south side of U, S. Highway 20 (McKinley
Avenue) 150 feet east and west and 150 feet
north and south in the west half of the north-
east quarter of Section 8, Township 37 N. ,
Range 3 East, which real estate is commonly
described as 2934 McKinley Avenue, in the City
of South Bend, Indiana,
be and the same is hereby changed from "A" Residential to "C" Commercial
and Height and Area District,
SECTION 2, This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage by the Common Council, approval by the Mayor and legal
publication,
