AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A CONTRACT BETWEEN
THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA,, AND
INDIANA & MICHIGAN ELECTRIC COMPANY.
WHEREAS, heretofore on the day off ,
1957, the City of South Bend, Indiana, by and through
its Board of Public storks and Safety, pursuant to a
resolution duly adopted, made and entered into the fol-
lowing contract with Indiana & Michigan Electric Company,
its successors and assigns, to wit:
and
WHEREAS, said contract is now submitted to the
Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, for its
due approval by ordinance:
SECTION 1. BE IT THEREFORE AND IT IS HEREBY
ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend,
Indiana, that the foregoing contract made and entered into
on the [5 day of 6-/It f , 1957, between the City of
South Bend, Indiana, by and through its Board of Public
Works and Safety, and Indiana & Michigan Electric Company,
its successors and assigns, be and the same is hereby in
all things ratified, confirmed and approved.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full
force and effect from and after its passage.
