ORDINANCE NO,
AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING AND APPROPRIATING
FROM THE GENERAL FUND THE SUM OF $7, 000. 00
TO FIRE DEPARTMENT ACCOUNT Q -711, BUILDINGS
AND FIXTURES EQUIPMENT, ALL OF THE BUDGET
FOR THE CIVIL CITY OF SOUTH BEND INDIANA,. FOR
1957 AND DECLARING AN EXTRAORDINARY EMERGENCY
BE If ORDAINED by the Common Council of the Civil City of South Bend,
Indiana:
SECTION I: The following suxni. of money is hereby transferred and appro-
priated from the General Fund, $7, 000. 00, to Fire Department Account Q -711
Buildings and Fixtures Equipment, all of the budget for the Civil City of South
Bend, Indiana, for 1957 and declaring an extraordinary emergency.
SECTION II: The above funds are required for the proper operation and
functioning of the aforementioned departments under the budget for the year
1957 and an extraordinary emergency is declared to exist concerning said
appropriation.
SECTION III: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage by the common Council, its approval by the Mayor and the fulfill-
ment of all statutory requirements relating tgr extraordinary emergency appro-
priations.
