AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE CONTRACT BETWEEN
THE SOUTH BEND SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT AND
INTERNATIONAL HARVESTER COMPANY FOR ONE
1958 INTERNATIONAL TRUCK MODEL Ar120, FOUR
WHEEL DRIVE, 114 INCH BASE FOR $2,9Z3.32.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana:
SECTION I. That the contract entered into on the 11th day of August, 1958
between the South Bend Sewage Treatment Plant and International Harvester
Company for one 1958 International truck Model A -120, four -wheel drive,
114 inch base, for $2,923. 32 is hereby approved and confirmed.
SECTION Il, This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its adoption and approval by the Mayor,
