ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE TO CHANGE THE NAME OF SEABURY
DRIVE IN THE CITY OF SOUTH BENDTO ST, JOHNS WAY
WHEREAS, Seabury Drive in the City of South Bend runs directly
into St. Johns Way, and
WHEREAS, it is desirous to have uniformity in the names of streets
in the City of South Bend.
NOW$ THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council
of the City of South Bend:
SECTION I: That the name Seabury Drive be and is hereby changed to St. Johns
T'.-
Way.
SECTION II: This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
adoption by the Common Council of the Civil City of SouthBend and its approval
by the Mayor.
