AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING FROM STREET
AND TRAFFIC FUND $28, 000. 00 TO STREET
DEPARTMENT PROPERTIES ACCOUNT NO. S -724
MOTOR EQUIPMENT, $28, 000. 00.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the Civil City of South Bend, Indiana:
SECTION I. The following sum of money is hereby appropriated from Street
and Traffic Fund, $28, 000. 00 to Street Department - Properties Account No. S -724
Motor Equipment, $28, 000.00, all of the budget for the Civil City of South Bend,
Indiana for 1958, and declaring an extraordinary emergency.
SECTION II. The above funds are required for the proper operation and function-
ing of the aforementioned departments under the budget for the year 1958 and an
extraordinary emergency is declared to exist concerning said appropriation.
SECTION III. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage by the Common Council, its approval by the Mayor and the fulfillment of
all statutory requirements relating to extraordinary emergency appropriations.
