ORDINANCE NO. 4209
AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A CONTRACT BETWEEN THE SOUTH
BEND SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT AND TEETERS SALES & SERVICE
COMPANY FOR THE PURCHASE OF ONE SLUDGE TRUCK, GMC MODEL
552 FOR THE SUM OF $5,623.08.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA:
SECTION I. That the contract entered into between the South Bend Sewage
Treatment Plant and Teeters Sales & Service Company for the purchase of one
Sludge Truck, GMC Model 552, for the sum of $5,623.08 is hereby approved
and confirmed.
SECTION II. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its adoption and approval by the Mayor.
