AN ORDINANCE APPROVING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN
THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA AND
INDIANA & MICHIGAN ELECTRIC COMPANY
WHEREAS, heretofore on the 14 day of
1959, the City of South Bend, Indiana,
b d t ough its Board of Public Works and Safety,
pursuant to a resolution duly adopted, made and
entered into the following agreement with the Indiana
& Michigan Electric Company, its successors and
assigns, to -wit:
