FREEMAN- SPICER CO, INC FOR THE PURCHASE OF
TWO 1959 ONE -HALF TON TRUCKS

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
BEND, INDIANA:
SECTION 4 That the contract entered into on the 15th day of June, 1959
between the City Water Works of South Bend and Freeman - Spicer Co. Inc.,
for the purchase of two 1959 one -half ton trucks for the sum of Two Thousand
Three Hundred and Eighty and 75/100 ($2, 380. 75) Dollars, which price in-
cluded a trade -in of two 1953 trucks, is hereby approved and confirmed as
provided for in Chapter 16 of the Acts of the Indiana General Assembly for
the year 1905 and amended under Chapter 16 of the Acts of. the Indima General
Assembly for the year 1923.
SECTION IL This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its adoption and approval by the Mayor.
