THE CITY WATER WORKS OF SOUTH BEND AND THOMAS
L. HICKEY, INC:s FOR CONSTRUCTION OF CEMENT
FLOORS AND PILLARS AT OLIVER PARK PUMPING
STATION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
BENDp INDIANA:
SECTION I. That the contract entered into on the 15th day of June, 1959 be-
tween the City Water Works of South Bend and. Thomas L. Hickey, Inc„ for
construction of cement floors and pillars at the Oliver Park Pumping Station
for the sum of Fourteen Thousand ($14, 000. 00) Dollars is hereby approved
and confirmed as provided for in Chapter 16 of the Acts of the Indiana General
Assembly for the year 1905 and amended under Chapter 16 of the Acts. of the
Indiana General Assembly for the year 1923.
SECTION IL This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its adoption and approval by the Mayor.
