AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE CONTRACT BETWEEN
THE CITY WATER WORKS OF SOUTH BEND AND UNITED
HEATING AND PLUMBING COMPANY FOR HEATING AND
TEMPERATURE CONTROL AT THE OLIVER PARK PUMPING
STATION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND,,
INDIANA-
SECTION I. That the contract entered into on the 15th day of June, 1959 between
the City Water Works of South Bend and United Heating and Plumbing Co, for
heating and temperature control work at the Oliver Park Pumping Station in the
sum of Twelve Thousand Five Hundred Thirty -six ($12, 536, 00j Dollars is
hereby approved and confirmed as provided for in Chapter 16 of the Acts of the
Indiana General Assembly for the year 1905 and amended under Chapter 16 of
the Acts, of the Indiana General Assembly for the year 1923.
SECTION Il, This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its adoption and approval by the Mayor.
