AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEME
BETWEEN THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA AND
INDIANA & MICHIGAN ELECTRIC COMPANY
WHEREAS, heretofore on the j W day of
1960, the City of South Bend, Indiana, by
and h its Board of Public Works and Safety, pur-
suant to a resolution duly adopted, made and entered
into the following Supplemental Agreement with the
Indiana & Michigan Electric Company, its successors
and assigns, to -wit:

WHEREAS, said Supplemental Agreement is now sub-
mitted to the Common Council of the City of South Bend,
Indiana for its due approval by ordinance;
ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend,
Indiana that the foregoing Supplemental Agreement, made and
entered into on the 8th day of August, 1960, effective as
of August 1, 1960, between the said City of South Bend,
Indiana, by and through its Board of Public Works and
Safety, and Indiana & Michigan Electric Company, its
successors and assigns, be and the same is hereby in all
things ratified, confirmed and approved.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full
force and effect from and after passage,
Passed by the Common Council of the City of
South Bend, Indiana, this 04_ day of 1960.
