AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING TO AND BRINGING WITHIN THE
CITY LIMITS OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, CERTAIN LANDS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND,
INDIANA:
Section I,:
That the following described property in St. Joseph
County, State of Indiana, is hereby annexed to and brought
within the City of South Bend, Indiana
Beginning at a point on the south Iine of
the NE4, Seca 30, T37N,, R3E,: 527. -49 feet,
more or less, east of the southwest corner
of said NE-41 Lc. 30 (which point is:also
the present city limits), thence east along
the south line of said Quarter Section for a
distance of 793 feet, more or less, to the
southeast corner of the west half of the NE4
of Sec. 30, thence north along the east line
of the west half of said Quarter Section for
a distance of 2,152 feet, more or less, to a
point where the east line of the west half
of said Quarter Section intersects the pre-
sent city limits thence west and south along
the present city limits to the place of be-
ginning containing 37..31 acres, more or less.
Section II:
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its enactment, approval by the Mayor and legal publica-
tion:
