AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A CONTRACT BY AND
BETWEEN THE BOARD OF WATER WORKS COMMISSIONERS
FOR AND ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND
AND CLYDE E WILLIAMS AND ASSOCIATES
WHEREAS, heretofore on the 31st day of May, 1960, the City of
South Bend, Indiana, by and through its Board of Water Works Commissioners,
pursuant to a resolution duly adopted, made and entered into the following
agreement with Clyde Williams and Associates to wit:

WHEREAS, said agreement is now submitted to Common Council
of the City of South Bend, Indiana for its due approval by ordinance;
SECTION 1` :; BE IT THEREFORE AND IT IS HEREBY ORDAINED
by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana that the foregoing
agreement, made and entered into on the 31st day of May, 1960, between the
City of South Bend, Indiana by and through its Board of Water Works Commissioners
and Clyde Williams and Associates, and the same is hereby ratified, confirmed
and approved. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage by the Common Council, its approval by the Mayor and the fulfillment
of all statutory requirements of emergency appropriations.
