AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 4 OF ORDINANCE
NO. 3644 ALSO KNOWN AS THE SECOND PARAGRAPH
OF SECTION 56, CHAPTER 29 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE
OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND BEING GENERAL
ORDINANCE NO, 3709.

BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the Civil City of South Bend,
Indiana:
SECTION I: That Section 4 of Ordinance No. 3644, also known as the second .
paragraph of Section 56, Chapter 29, of the Municipal Code of the City of South
Bend and being General Ordinance No. 3709, be and the same is hereby changed
to read as follows:
Parking meter spaces shall be approximately eight (8)
feet wide and twenty -two (22), feet long for each interior
_ narkiug space at street or alley intersections. Any
Li vehicle parking in any parking space in any parking
meter zone shall be parked with the hood of such vehicle
along side of or next to the parking meter.
SECTION 1I: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its adoption by the Common Council and its approval by the Mayor and
legal publication.
