ORDINANCE NO./
AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A CONTRACT BETWEEN
THE SOUTH BEND SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT AND
INTERNATIONAL HARVESTER COMPANY FOR THE
PURCHASE OF ONE 27, 000 LB. GROSS VEHICLE WEIGHT
TANK TRUCK FOR THE SUM OF $7,350.07
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
BEND, INDIANA:
SECTION L That the contract entered into between the South Bend
Sewage Treatment Plant and International Harvester
Company, on the 18th day of September, 1961, for the
purchase of a 27, 000 lb. gross vehicle weight tank
truck for the sum of $7, 350. 07 is hereby approved and
confirmed.
SECTION II. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its adoption and approval by the Mayor.
