ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A CONTRACT BETWEEN
THE SOUTH BEND SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT AND
INDIANA EQUIPMENT COMPANY, INC., FOR THE
PURCHASE OF A 4 -WHEEL DRIVE TRACTOR SHOVEL
TRUCK FOR THE SUM OF $8, 900. 00
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
BEND, INDIANA:
SECTION L That the contract entered into between the South Bend
Sewage Treatment Plant and Indiana Equipment Company,
Inc., on the 24th day of July, 1961, for the purchase of
a 4 -wheel drive tractor - shovel truck for the sum of
$8, 900. 00 is hereby approved and confirmed.
SECTION IL This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its adoption and approval by the Mayor.
