AN ORDINANCE APPROVING CONTRACTS BETWEEN
THE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS & SAFETY OF THE
CITY OF SOUTH BEND AND B & G CONSTRUCTION
COMPANY, INC, FOR $74,269. 00; ENGINEERING CON-
STRUCTION CORPORATION FOR $35, 944. 75; AND
JAMES B,. CLOW & SONS FOR $69, 263. 72.

BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana:
SECTION I, That the contracts entered into on the 2 ?st day of March, 1960
between the Board of Public Works & Safety of the City of South Bend and B
& G Construction Company, Inc., for the construction of a new Fellow Street
Pumping Station for the sum of $74, 269. 00, and Engineering Construction
Corporation for installation of pipes in the ground for the Fellow Street and
Ireland Road feeder main, for the sum of $35, 944. 75, and James B. Clow
& Sons for purchase of 8, 700 feet of 16 inch cast iron pipe and valves for
Fellow Street and Ireland Road feeder main for the sum of $69, 263. 72, are
hereby approved and confirmed as provided for in Chapter 116 of the Acts of
the Indiana General Assembly for the year 1905 and amended under Chapter
16 of the Acts of the Indiana General Assembly for the year 1923.
SECTION II, This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its adoption and approval by the Mayor.
