ORDINANCE NO. OO '4b
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING IN THE 1959 GENERAL
STREET IMPROVEMENT FUND THE SUM OF $52,947.66.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana,
SECTION I: That all of said sum of $52,947. 66, which is presently in the
1959 General Street Improvement Fund. is hereby appropriated in said fund.
SECTION II, This ordinance shall. be in full force and effect from and after
its adoption by the Common Council of the Civil City of South Bend, Indiana, and
approval by the Mayor.
