AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE CONTRACT BE-
TWEEN THE CITY WATER WORKS OF SOUTH BEND
AND BURROUGHIS CORPORATION FOR THE PUR-
CHASE OF TWO BURROUGH'S STYLE F5500 DUAL
PRINTER SENSIMATICS FOR $13, 313. 50.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana:
SECTION I. That the contract entered into on the 4th day of January, 1960
between the City Water Works of South Bend and BurroughTs Corporation for
the purchase of two Burrough's Style F5500 Dual Printer Sensimatics for the
sum of Thirteen Thousand. Three Hundred. Thirteen and 50/100 ($13,313.50)
Dollars, which includes a 5% Government discount and, a trade -in of one
Style F303 machine, is hereby approved and confirmed as provided for in
Chapter +16 of the Acts of the Indiana General Assembly for the year 1905 and am-
ended under Chapter 16 of the Acts of the Indiana General Assembly for the
year 1923.
SECTION II. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its adoption and approval by the Mayor.
