AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING ALL PARKING METER
FEES AND FUNDS TO THE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS
AND SAFETY OF THE CIVIL CITY OF SOUTH BEND, IND-
IANA, FOR THE USES AND PURPOSES SET FORTH THERE-
IN IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 236 OF THE ACTS
OF THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF INDIANA
OF 19454 AS AMEMED BY CHAPTER 303 OF THE ACTS OF
THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF 1951,`
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana:
SECTION I: All parking meter funds and fees are hereby appropriated to the
Board of Rtblic Works and Safety of the Civil City of South Bend, Indiana for the
following uses and purposes:
1, For the payment of maintenance, operation, costs and repair
and for all incidental expenses in the operation of mechanical
parking devices as follows:
Services ^ Personal
Telephone
Travel Expenses
Repair Parts
Auto Repairs
Gasoline and Oil
Uniforms and Laundry
Medical Expenses
General Supplies
Insurance and Bonds
Social Security
Employees Hospital and Medical Insurance
Total

SECTION II: This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
adoption by the Common Council of the Civil City of South Bend, Indiana, and
approval by the Mayor.\
