Section 2: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its enactment, approval by the Mayor and legal publica- tion. BELLI ........ 1. mrt. or -Axxmc The attached petition of the Common Council to annex to the City of South Bend, Indiana a parcel of land being more generally described as fronting on Edison Road 726 feet east of Ironwood Road and bounded on the east and west by the present city limits containing 2 acres, more or less, was legally advertised under date of January 23, 1962 and given public hearing on February 11 1962. The following action was taken: After due consideration the Commission found that the six determinants of annexation exist.
