BEwNGER, PEST, DAR, OF Puxxmc The attached petition of the Tri Valley Council, Inc., Boy Scouts of America and the Indiana and Michigan Electric Company to annex to the City of South Bend, Indiana a parcel of land being bounded on the south by Douglas Road (also known as Lathrop Avenue), on the west by Maple Road, on the north by the present city limits extended west (also known as the east -west centerline of Section 27, T38N, R2E), and on the east by the pre- sent city limits containing approximately 114 acres was legally advertised under date of January 23, 1962 and given public hearing on February 1, 1962. The following action was taken: After due consideration the Commission found that the six determinants of annexation exist.
