AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING
ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 3702, AS HERETOFORE FREDA G. NOBLE
AMENDED -AND SUPPLEMENTED CITY R"11K. SQWTKeeUa, Iva.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
BEND, INDIANA:
Section 1:
That Zoning Ordinance No. 3702, as heretofore amended,
be and the same is hereby amended and supplemented by changing
the zoning classification of the following described property
from °C" Commercial Use and "D" Height and Area District to
"AT' Residential Use and "A" Height and Area District:
Lots 171 -179 inclusive of Realty Construction Company's
2nd Plat, being more generally described as the east
side of Olive Street betwe (m 716 South Olive Street and
746 South Olive Street.
Section 2:
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its enactment, approval by the Mayor and
legal publication.

The attached petition of the City Planning Commission to
rezone from 'IC" Commercial Use and I'D" Height and Area
District to "All Residential Use and "A" Height and Area
District Lots Numbered 171 -179 inclusive, of Realty Con-
struction Company's 2nd Plat, being generally described as
the east side of Olive Street between 716 South Olive
Street and 746 South Olive Street was legally advertised .
under date of September 24, 1962 and given public hearing
on October 4, 1962. The following action was taken:
After due consideration the Commission found that
the best zoning for the subject property would be
residential. It was therefore duly moved, seconded,
and unanimously carried that the petition be
recommended favorably to the Council.
