AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND SUPPIMAENTING
ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 37020 AS HERETOFORE
AMENDED AND SUPPLEMENTED, AS AMENDED
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BENI; INDIANA:
SECTION i•
That zoning ordinance No. 3702, as heretofore amended and supplemented,
be and the same is hereby amended and supplemented by zoning as "C -1" Commercial
Use and "A" Height and Area District, the following described properties:
The properties located in the entire block numbered One- Hundred
Fifty -one (151) as shown on the recorded original plat of the
town of Lowell, now a part of The City of South Bead, Indiana,
better known as: 616 East Colfax, 618 East Colfax, 630 East
Colfax,
SECTION II•
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its enactment, approval by Mayor and legal publication,
Passed by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, October 22, 1962,
