AS AMENDED
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
BEND, INDIANA:
Section 1:
That Section 5, Item 23 of Ordinance No. 3702, (as
Amended), commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance of the
City of South Bend, Indiana is hereby amended by"the
addition thereto of the following:
Motels
Section 2•
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its enactment, approval by the Mayor and legal
publication.

The attached proposed ordinance orginated by the City
Planning Commission to amend Section 5, Item 23, of
Ordinance No. 3702, commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance
of the City of South Bend, Indiana, by adding thereto
the following: Motels was legally advertised under date
of September 24, 1962 and given public hearing on October
4, 1962. The following action was taken:
After due consideration it was duly moved, seconded,
and unanimously carried that this ordinance be
recommended favorably for adoption by the Council.
