ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 3702, AS HERETOFORE
AMENDED AND SUPPLEMENTED

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
BEND, INDIANA:
Section 1•
That Zoning Ordinance No. 3702, as heretofore amended ad
supplemented, be and the same is hereby amended and supple-
mented by zoning as "A" Residential Use and "A" Height and
Area District the following described property:
Beginning at a point on the south right -of -way line of
Rose Street 125.8 feet east of the east right -of -way
line of Arcadia Avenue, which point is the northeast
corner of Lot Nc. 142 of Edison Park 4th Addition Section
"D ", thence south a distance of 311.59 feet, more or
less, to the southeast corner of Let No.145 of said
Addition, thence east a distance of 212.52 feet, more
or less, to the southwest corner of Lot No. 5 Eastgate
Estates Addition, thence north a distance of 131.2 feet
more or less, to the northwest corner of Lot No. 4 of
said Addition, thence northwest a - "distance of 207.73
feet, more or less, to the northwest corner of Lot No.
1 of said Addition, which point is also on the south right -
of -way line of Rose Street, thence west along the south
right -of -way line of Rose Street to the place of
beginning.
Section 2•
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its enactment, approval by the Mayor and legal
publication.

The attached petition of the City Planning Commission to
zone "All Residential Use and "A" Height and Area District
the recently annexed land being generally described as a
parcel of land fronting on the south side of Rose Street
125 feet east of Arcadia Avenue, and bounded on the west
and south by Edison Park 4th Addition, Section "D`I and
on the east by Eastgate Estates Addition.was legally
advertised under date of September 24, 1962 and given
public hearing on October 4, 1962. The following action
was taken:
