ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 3702, AS HERETOFORE
AMENDED AND SUPPLEMENTED

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND,
INDIANA:
Section 1•
That Zoning Ordinance No. 3702, as heretofore amended and
supplemented, be and the same is hereby amended and supple-
mented by zoning as "A" Residential Use and "A" Height and
Area District the following described property:
Beginning at a point in the Southwest One Quarter
of Section 32, T38N, R3E, at the southwest cor-
ner of Lot Numbered 638; Wilmette Park 3rd Addition,
thence east 140.08 feet, more or less, to the
southeast corner of said Lot Numbered 638, thence
north 195 feet, more or less, to the northeast
corner of Lot Numbered 639 of said Addition, thence
west 139.91 feet, more or less, to the northwest
corner of said Lot Numbered 639, thence south 195
feet, more or less, to the place of beginning con-
taining .6 acres, more or less.
Section 2:
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its enactment, approval by the Mayor and legal
publication.

The attached proposed ordinance originated by the City
Planning Commission to zone "A" Residential Use and I'A"
Height and Area District the recently annexed land being
generally described as consisting of two lots at the
northwest and southwest corners of Bryan Street and
Crestwood Boulevard, said parcel containing .6 acres,
more or less, was legally advertised under date of May
287 1962* and given public hearing on June 14, 1962.
The following action was taken:
After due consideration the Commission found .
that the best zoning for the area in question
would. be residential. It was therefore duly
moved, seconded, and unanimously carried that
the petition be recommended favorably to the
Council.
