AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 4487 -62
BEING AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING AND BRINGING WITHIN THE CITY
LIMITS OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, CERTAIN LANDS
Section 1:
That the aforesaid Ordinance No. 4487 -62 be amended
by deleting the fourth word of the second line of the
description thereof and substituting therefore the word
"west ", so that the same shall be and read "512.63 feet
west of the north south centerline of Section 32 ".
Section 2
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its enactment, approval by the Mayor and legal
publication.
