AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A LEASE BETWEEN THE
MUNICIPAL CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, AND
ALBERT MEILSTRUP, d /b /a MEILSTRUP CARTAGE
COMPANY.
WHEREAS, heretofore, on the 26th day of December, 1961, the City
of South Bend, Indiana, by and trhough its Board of Public Works and Safety
pursuant to a resolution duly adopted, made and entered into the following
lease agreement with Albert Meilstrup, d /b /a Meilstrup Cartage Company,
and
WHEREAS, said Board of Public Works and Safety pursuant to
resolution duly adopted, executed said lease, which said lease is set out as
follows, to -wit:
