AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 2,
SECTION 18 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE
OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
BEND, INDIANA:
SECTION I. That Section 18 be amended in the following manner:
SECTION 18. City Plan Commission - Location of
Office.
That Section 18. Location of Office, be deleted.
SECTION II. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage by the Common Council, its approval
by the Mayor and the fulfillment of all statutory require-
ments relating thereto.
