ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE APPROVING CONTRACT BY AND BETWEEN
THE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS AND SAFETY OF THE CITY
OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA AND CHICAGO SOUTH SHORE AND
SOUTH BEND RAILROAD, EXECUTED ON NOVEMBER 6, 1961
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND,
INDIANA:
Section 1:
That the contract, a copy of which is attached hereto,
made a part hereof and marked Exhibit A, by and between the
Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of South Bend, India
and Chicago South Shore and South Bend Railroad, executed by such
parties on November 6, 1961, be and the same is hereby approved.
Section 2:
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its enactment and approval by the Mayor.
Passed by the Common Council on the /_� day of
