AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $35,382 FROM THE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT
STATE GRANT FUND FOR THE PURPOSE OF ASSISTING IN THE SUPPORT OF THE
DIVISION OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT'S AREA REVITALIZATION EFFORT
Statement of Purpose and Intent:
In order to assist in the provision of area revitalization efforts, monies from Fund 210 will
be used to fund an environmental site assessment for the Division of Economic Development:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South
Bend, Indiana, as follows:
SECTION I. The sum of $35,382 is hereby appropriated from the City of South Bend's
Economic Development State Grant Fund (Fund 210) to be used by the Division of Economic
Development to fund an environmental site assessment of property located at 1408 Elwood
Avenue.
SECTION II. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
by the Common Council and approval by the Mayor.
