These revenues are the basis for the administrative budget and need to be appropriated for that use. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, as follows: SECTION I. The sum of $601,580 is hereby appropriated to Fund 212 for program year 2001, beginning January 1, 2001. SECTION II. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage by the Common Council and approval by the Mayor. These anticipated resources include staff contracts for several not-for-profits and administration of the federal HOME program. These revenues are consistent with the information on the Department's administrative budget presented to the Council in September.
