BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND,
INDIANA:
Section 1•
That Zoning Ordinance No. 3702, as heretofore amended and
supplemented, be and the same is hereby amended and supple-
mented by zoning as "A" Residential Use and "A" Height and
Area District the following described proper y:
Beginning at a point in the Southeast One Quarter,
Section 31, T38N, R3E, 290 feet east of the west
right -of -way line of Ironwood Road and 660 feet
north of the south line of the Southeast One
Quarter of said Section 31, thence west a distance
of 390 feet, more or less, to the Southeast corner
of Lot Number 1, Pensingers Sub., thence north a
distance of 662 feet, more or less, to the north-
east corner of Lot Number 19 in said Pensingers Sub.,
thence east a distance of 390 feet, more or less,
thence south a distance of 662 feet, more or less,
to the place of beginning.
Section 2•
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its enactment, approval by the Mayor and legal
publication.
