AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING . ei 0 ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 3702, AS HERETOFORE �a AMENDED AND SUPPLEMENTED c° BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: Section 1; That Zoning Ordinance No. 3702, as heretofore amended and supplemented, be and the same is hereby amended and supple- mented by zoning as "A" Residential Use and "A" Height and Area District the following described property: Beginning at a point on the east -west centerline of Section 27, T38N, R2E, a distance of 143Q.6 feet, more or less, east of the west section line of said Section 27, thence north 660 feet, more or less, thence east 600 feet, more or less, thence south 660 feet, more or less, to the east -west centerline of said Section 27, which line is also the present city limits, thence west 600 feet, more or less, to the place of beginning, containing 9.99 acres, more or less. Or PL The attached petition originated by the City Planning Commission to zone "A" Residential Use and. "A" Height and Area District the recently annexed land being more generally described as containing 9.99 acres, more or less, in the Northwest One Quarter of Section 27, T38N, R2E, and. more commonly known as the South Bend Police Pistol Range, was legally advertised under date of March 26, 1962 and given public hearing on April 5, 1962. The following action was taken: After due consideration the Commission found that this is the most logical zoning for said area and that substantial justice would be done by the granting of the petition.
