ORDINANCE NO. 4575 - - -63
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING
ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 3702
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
BEND, INDIANA:
Section 1:
That Zoning Ordinance No. 3702, as heretofore amended,
be and the same is hereby amended and supplemented by
changing the zoning classification of the following described
property from "B" Residential Use and "B" Height and Area
District to "A" Residential Use and "A" Height and Area
District:
Lots 207 -215 inclusive of Brentwood Estates
6th Addition, being generally described as
bounded on the north by Lincolnway West and
all having frontage on Brentwood Court.
Section 2:
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its enactment, approval by the Mayor, and
legal publication.

Gentlemen:
The attached petition of the City Planning Commission to
rezone from "B" Residential Use and "A" &eight and Area
District to "A" Residential Use and "A" Height and Area
District Lots 207 -215 inclusive of Brentwood Estates
6th addition, being generally described as bounded on
the north by Lincoinway West and all having frontage on
Brentwood Court was legally advertised under date of
March 25, 1963 and given public hearing on April 4, 1963•
The following action was taken:
After due consideration the Commission found
that the best zoning for the subject property
would be "A" Residential. It was therefore
duly moved, seconded, and unanimously carried
that the petition be recommended favorably to
the Council.
