OU ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 3702
CITY CLERK -SOUTH BEND, INDa
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
BEND, INDIANA:
Section 1•
That Zoning Ordinance No. 3702, as heretofore amended,
be and the same is hereby amended and supplemented by
changing the zoning classification of the following described
property from "B" Residential Use and "B" Height and Area
District to "A" Residential Use and "A" Height and Area
District:
Lots 201 -206 inclusive of Brentwood Estates 5th
Addition and Lots 1, 2, 3 also Lots 26 -35 inclusive
and Lots 49 -55 inclusive and Lots 65 and 66 inclusive
of Alwards Addition and Lots 13 -24 inclusive and Lots
31 -46 inclusive of Vogt's 1st Addition being more
generally described as being bounded on the east by
north -south alley west of Bendix Drive,,on the west
by Ryer Street, on the north by Lincolnway West and
on the south by Ardmore Trail(Crumstown Avenue)
Section 2:
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its enactment, approval by the Mayor and
legal publication.

Gentlemen:
The attached petition of the City Planning Commission
to rezone from "B" Residential Use and "B" Height and
Area District to "A" Residential Use and "A" Height
and Area District Lots 201 -206 inclusive of Brentwood
Estates 5th Addition and Lots 1, 2, 3 also Lots 26 -35
inclusive and Lots 49 -55 inclusive and Lots 65 and 66
inclusive of Alwards Addition and Lots 13 -24 inclusive
and Lots 31 -46 inclusive of Vogt's lst Addition being
more generally described as being bounded on the east
by the first north -south alley west of Bendix Drive,
on the west by Ryer Street, on the north by Lincoln
Way West and on the south by Ardmore Trail (Crumstown
Avenue) was legally advertised under date of March
25, 1963 and given public hearing under date of April
42 1963. The following action was taken:
After due consideration the Commission found
that the best zoning for the subject property
would be "A" Residential. It was therefore
duly moved, seconddd, and unanimously carried
that the petition be recommended favorably to
the Council
