Arpin 910 14C Tom= Tonurit of * (Ing of OW44 31end Your Committee of the Whole, to whom was referred AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 3702, (Land bounded by Bendix Drive, Ryer, Lincolnway West and Ardmore Trail) Respectfully report that they have examined the matter and that in their opinion IT SHOULD BE Cha L irman May 13, 1963 April 8, 1963 The Honorable Common Council City of South Bend South Bend, Indiana Gentlemen: The attached petition of the City Planning Commission to rezone from "B" Residential Use and "B" Height and Area District to "A" Residential Use and "A" Height and Area District Lots 201 -206 inclusive of Brentwood Estates 5th Addition and Lots 1, 2, 3 also Lots 26 -35 inclusive and Lots 49 -55 inclusive and Lots 65 and 66 inclusive of Alwards Addition and Lots 13 -24 inclusive and Lots 31 -46 inclusive of Vogt's lst Addition being more generally described as being bounded on the east by the first north -south alley west of Bendix Drive, on the west by Ryer Street, on the north by Lincoln Way West and on the south by Ardmore Trail (Crumstown Avenue) was legally advertised under date of March 25, 1963 and given public hearing under date of April 42 1963. The following action was taken: After due consideration the Commission found that the best zoning for the subject property would be "A" Residential.
