BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
BEND, INDIANA:
Section l:
That Zoning Ordinance No. 3702, as heretofore amended,
be and the same is hereby amended and supplemented by
changing the zoning classification of the following described
property from the existing zoning to "A" Residential Use and
"A" Height and Area District:
Lots 1 -60 inclusive of City View Place being generally
described as the east side of Kemble between Ewing
and Calvert, the west side of Catalpa between Ewing
and Calvert and the east side of Catalpa between
Donald and Calvert.
Section 2-
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its enactment, approval by the Mayor, and
legal publication.

Amended in the Committee of the Whole to exclude Lots 23 and 24 and the

Gentlemen:
The attached petition of property owners to rezone from
the existing zoning to "A" Residential Use and "A" Height
and Area District Lots 1 -60 inclusive of City View Place
being generally described as the east side of Kemble
between Ewing and Calvert, the west side of Catalpa
between Ewing and Calvert and the east side of Catalpa
between Donald and Calvert was legally advertised under
date of March 25, 1963 and given public hearing on
April 4, 1963. The following action was taken:
After due consideration the Commission found
that the best zoning for the sbhject property
would be "A" Residential. It was therefore
duly moved, seconded, and unanimously carried
that the petition be recommended favorably to
the Council with the further recommendation
that Lots 23 -24 and the south 40 feet of Lots
25, 26, and 27 be excluded from the petition.
